As a society we are on information overload. So many voices screaming for our attention; everyone claiming to be "the expert". Now here I am, claiming to be an expert myself.

Anyone can claim to be an expert; we see it all day long as society. So at a minimum, I figure I need to at least start my defense with my experience as to why I consider myself an auto detailing expert.

• Innovating the process of car detailing through techniques and products that produce consistent and superior results

If you look around, there is no shortage of people and companies claiming to be the expert word on all things car detailing; from techniques to products, you might have noticed a theme amongst the others...

They Lack Real World Experience

I come across company after company on the world wide web, all selling their variety of products and tools and techniques. And really, aren't they all saying the same thing..."buy this and buy that, for they all work the best."

But they can't all work the best can they?

How are we to know what works and what doesn't work? I bet you are a lot like me and are tired of being over-promised and under-delivered to. Frustration seems to be the rule, instead of the exception these days.

Welcome to the Difference

This time around it's going be different; and I plan on making it different for you. I am going to take my 20 plus years of first hand experience and show you:

• The best techniques to get superior results from these products


• How to read through all the marketing hype of the big manufacturers


• Show you how the process of cosmetic car care can really be simple, straightforward, and easy

Listen Up all You Doubters!

Really...I understand your frustration. I have visited all the chat rooms and car forums myself. There are so many people out there claiming they know what works. I am really tired of the self proclaimed "experts" telling us:

What "works" or,

What the "best" products are or,

Don't try this, or don't try that because it sucks

One of My Favorite Lines...

Or how many times do you hear or read this in a conversation; the infamous, "Well, I heard this" or, "I heard that..."

Well I don't care what you have heard! Unless you know yourself first hand what does, and what doesn't work, then just shut up and quit repeating bad information; or at least quit repeating unverified information.

Everyone wants to appear like they "know", or that they are some kind of "expert".

I am Just Like You...and I am tired of the Talk

What is the saying, "Talk is cheap"...

Well this is where I am claiming the difference starts; with the Car Detailing Expert. I have had to "walk the walk" for the past 20 years:

• Producing results for the car crazed and fanatical people of the OC.
• Staying competitive within a saturated market of hundreds of other detailers.
• Innovating techniques and processes of car detailing to make me more and more competitive and profitable.
• Training countless employees first hand to deliver exceptional results.

Yet Another Big Difference

I am going to tell you another big reason why I am the car detailing expert and why I can produce the difference for you: I have been trained by the best!

Let me tell you what I mean by this. First, let's remember the "Golden Rule".

"Those who have the gold, make the rules."

Now I didn't make this rule; I simply accept that it is what it is...the reality. The more "gold" or money you have, the more choices you have. This affects all of us whether we are willing to accept this fact or not. Because auto detailing is typically a luxury spend, it is a service generally reserved for the affluent.

As a guy trying to make it in the world of car detailing, and doing my best to become the car detailing expert, I too had to learn this first hand.

Learning from the Best...at Least the Fanatical

That is right...my affluent, neurotic, and picky customers are some of the best teachers out there. My background is of very poor beginnings, and having lots of money and the choices this brings a person was not part of my world when I first started in the auto detailing business.

These customers of mine really showed me what service and attention to details is all about. After all, if they didn't like your performance, they simply move on to someone who can deliver the results.

So, to all you people of the OC:

• The neurotic
• The fanatical
• The obsessive
• The entitled
• You get the point...
